Join us on April 9, 2024, for the ITS Townhall and Seminole Showcase. The ITS Townhall kicks off the morning session, followed by a networking lunch, poster sessions featuring our ITS student interns, and the Seminole Showcase, extending into the afternoon. The schedule comprises three concurrent session blocks featuring live panels, each lasting 50 minutes.  

The first session runs 1:00 P.M. - 1:50 P.M. and covers topics including:   

• A Hands-On Introduction to Generative AI  

• RCC Education for Research Support: HPC Driver’s Ed  

• Changes are Coming: Did Your Remember to Talk to Your Users?  

• Third-Party Vendor Assessments  

The second session, from 2:00 P.M. - 2:50 P.M., showcases:  

• ITS Data & Analytics  

• Ruby, MyFSU Service Center, SMS  

• Championship-Level Customer Support  

• Transforming Piano Inventory Management with Microsoft Azure & Power Apps 

Following this, a 20-minute networking break at 2:50 P.M. - 3:10 P.M. encourages attendees to network and mingle while enjoying refreshments. Some of ITS’ interns will present their student posters and share what it’s like to intern for FSU ITS. The day concludes with one last set of presentations for participants to attend, covering:  

• Shared Infrastructure Project Highlights  

• Could This Have Been an Email? Understanding Communication Basics  

• Introduction to Immersive Media and VR Using VisionPro and Quest3  

• Continuing the Conversation: Networking and Learning
